A Certified Scrum Developer is the initial level certification for the members of the Scrum team and those who are needed to interact with them. The main objective behind this certification is to impart the required appropriate knowledge to the Scrum team members so that they can fairly participate in the scrum project. If your business environment undergoes rapid changes then scrum helps in dealing with the same.
Scrum Master Certification professionals are facilitators who affirm that the Scrum team is equipped with an environment that is capable of assisting the successful completion of the project. The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding, facilitating and teaching Scrum practices to all those who are involved in the project. It too ensures that the Scrum processes are being followed.
